Who we are

Cherish Us ("we", "the app") is a relationship companion app that helps you remember details about your partner and act thoughtfully, operated by Vista Tech Solutions LLC, contactable at moisessegovia588@gmail.com.

What we collect

Account information: when you sign in with Apple, we receive an identifier and, if you allow it, your name and email — used only to create and secure your account.
Content you add: names, important dates, sizes, favorite brands, food orders, gift hints, wishlist/replenishment items — stored to provide the app back to you.
Usage basics: anonymous, aggregate app-health data to improve the app. No advertising trackers.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs.

How partner sharing works

If you link a partner into a shared "couple", some data is shared (important dates, shared lists) and some stays private to you (your gift plans), so surprises stay secret. We enforce this at the database level.

Affiliate links

Some shopping and ticket links are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We never share your personal data with merchants.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored on your device and, when you have an account, on our backend provider Supabase. Notifications are delivered via Apple Push Notification service. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

Your choices

Access / edit: all your content is visible and editable in the app.
Delete your account: Settings → Delete Account removes your account and data, or email us to request deletion.
Notifications: control reminders in Settings, or turn off system notifications anytime.

Children

Cherish Us is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
